DID YOU KNOW:    The American Cancer Society is saving lives through research, education, advocacy and service. Passionately committed to fighting every type of cancer in every community, the American Cancer Society's mission is to eliminate cancer as a major health problem. Thanks to the support of volunteers and donors, the American Cancer Society is saving lives here in the Puget Sound and throughout Washington State.

Happenings through July 23 at the West Seattle Discovery Shop:

§  Blue tags are currently 50% off until Tuesday July 18 when they go to 75% off.

§  Come into the Shop during the West Seattle Alaska Junction Summer Fest. This happens Friday July 14 through Sunday July 16 when EVERYTHING IN THE SHOP will be 50% off.
§  Plants are highlighted during Summer Fest and go very quickly. While they are not 50% off they are all-time favorites at all-time low prices. Come early for your choice of hundreds of plants - big, small and in-between.
§  Watch the board behind the counter for "Manager's Specials."

Weekly Specials  - Save on regular priced items when you fit one of the categories:
  • Monday - Active Military and Veterans receive 20% off. ID required.
  •   Tuesday - Seniors age 55+ receive 20% off.
  • Saturday - 20% off for HS students with school ID.
  •  Sunday - 40% off all men's wear.
  •  On your actual birthday receive 20% off.
